Our Food Technology and Laboratory worktops are made of Trespa - a heat and impact resistant material - that can incorporate additional accessories if required. It is important that food tech facilities offer flexibility to study theoretical topics and incorporate practical learning too. Please see available Trespa colours on page 103.
